工作职责： responsibilities:• manage ee component e2e quality from npi phase to program eol. • deeply engage with the ee r&d team and sourcing team to do the supplier assessment for new supplier selection and introduction.• work with ee component suppliers and internal cross-functional team(r&d, sourcing team, etc) on new component qualification through risk assessment and mitigation, developing supplier process and quality control method to ensure successful parts production. • lead quality problem solving with adequate failure analysis, root cause verification and drill deep&drill wide on corrective action implementation.• drive manufacturing yield improvement in both early development phase and mass production.• conduct quality system audit, tech assessment and process audit for risk assessment and improvement.• drive supplier for continue quality system improvement.requirements: • bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or equivalent practical experience.• ＞10 years of experience in the consumer electronics manufacturing industry in supplier development engineering, supplier quality management, or technical program management.• proficiency of quality audit, quality tool（8d, dfx, fmea, spc, ppap, msa, etc）and supplier quality management.• strong logic thinking and problem solving skills.• effective communication skills, manage bias and decision making to ensure parts performance and business needs. • effective attention to detail, and willing to work with a global cross-functional team under a versatile environment.• preferable: direct working experience in semiconductor assembly, inspection and test process development and assessment.• preferable: good verbal and written communication skills in both chinese and english.
